     Each traveler is requested to fill out the profile in as much detail as possible. This information is strictly confidential. No one has access to this information because it is stored in our in-house computer database, not an airline database. The home phone number is used only on an emergency basis, i.e. flight cancellation or delays received in the evening for travel the next day. Because of our hours, we receive last minute flight information after your offices are closed.
     When making a reservation we automatically use this profile, saving you time and ensuring completeness and attention to detail. Personal profiles are perhaps the single most valuable source of information shared between the client and the agency. The travel profile serves as the long-term authorization between the company and the traveler and the agency to book all travel in compliance with your corporate travel policy, in a consistent manner. These documents are considered highly confidential and at no time is the information contained within the profile discussed with anyone other than that traveler or the traveler's designated coordinator.
