SERVICE FEE & CHARGES

Our fees are generally "Convenience Fees" and are based on requests for services that the individual traveler can do on their own, but wish us to do on their behalf. In most cases this is labor intensive and "not the cost of doing business". 

GENERAL CONVENIENCE CHARGES

Overnight Service Paper Ticket Expediting charge (Depending on priority of service) $10/$13/$15 
Calling our 24 hour emergency service during our regular open office hours $15
If credit card is declined, the merchant reprocessing fee 5%
Sold-Out-City continued hotel research fee $35
Convenience fee to book non-commissionable/net rate hotel room $10
Airline Waiver fee for re-instating expired airfares $25
Discount Certificates/Coupons that are non-commissionable to travel agents 10%coupon value

Domestic (USA and Canada)

Research and processing fee per ticket issuance $13.00 one way; $20.00 round trip. 
Southwest Airlines
$15.00 E-ticket / $20.00 paper.
Refund, Void or Exchange $25.00
The refund/void/exchange fee covers our in-house administration services. Our services relieve the traveler of labor intensive obligations associated with the transaction.

International
Research and Processing fee $40 (1-4 segments), $80 (5-8 segments), $120 (9+ segments)
